Here are some updated pictures for the grandmothers. Just to give an update, she is officially walking, no longer crawling. I know to some of you it may seem late but it seems that walking late is in her genes. My dad walked late - 17 months - and most of my brothers and maybe even my sister walked late and Paul's nephew didn't walk until he was 18 months (right Nicky?) so it was inevitable that she would walk late. Nothing has really changed, she doesn't get into any more trouble than before. She also likes to "say" prayers. She will fold her arms and then "say" a prayer in her language. It is funny, she will just decide to do it out of the blue.
The weather has been nicer so we have been outside more and more which she loves, she and her Grandpa Grant (Baki) are cut from the same clothe, that is for sure!

McKenzie escaping from FHE outside. She refused to stay by us on the grass for some reason. She also is a little timid about touching the dirt, when she falls she can't get back up because she won't put her hands back on the ground.
These are a few snapshots from tonight, usually she is good about getting her picture taken but tonight she wouldn't sit back, she kept leaning in and trying to kiss the camera.

Hi Kate ~ Don't forget that she took her first steps quite a while ago. She just needed the wide open spaces to practice! And Uncle Mike didn't walk until 17 months, but we all know how smart he is, right? She just cuter every week. But I'm not prejudiced, am I?
Love, Grammy H.
I can't believe how big McKenzie is getting. We miss see you guys and hope you will move back here after school.
It really isn't that late. I've known quite a few kids that were even older. Every kid is soooo different.
Maybe now we can actually keep in touch - your little girl is so cute!! Where are you living now? We just moved to Santa Fe (New Mexico).
